Meet Your Hosts

The Revival Women’s Health Team & Dr. Madeline

Our Sips & Tips event is hosted by Revival’s passionate women’s health physical therapists and doctor of chiropractic at Forward Spine, Dr. Madeline — Dr. Trina Fjerstad, Dr. Maggie Germscheid, and Dr. Sierra bring a wealth of expertise in pelvic health, orthopedic care, pregnancy and postpartum rehab, and helping active women feel strong and confident in their bodies again. Each provider delivers one-on-one, holistic treatment that blends individualized exercise, education, and hands-on techniques to support women experiencing pelvic pain, leakage, prolapse, diastasis recti, hip/back discomfort, and more.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find them staying active, coaching and playing volleyball, exploring Minnesota, reading, traveling, and spending quality time with friends, family, and their dogs. Their shared mission is simple: to empower women with the knowledge, confidence, and tools they need to live life without limitations.

Dr. Madeline is a chiropractor at Forward Spine Center in Golden Valley, Minnesota, and a mother of three who has personally walked the infertility journey—along with the physical, emotional, and hormonal shifts that pregnancy and postpartum can bring. Like many women, her path into motherhood was layered, complex, and deeply formative, shaping how she cares for the women and families she serves each day.

Dr. Madeline earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University and has specialized training in acupuncture, yoga and prenatal care techniques (Webster), postpartum and pediatrics. Her clinical focus includes pregnancy, postpartum care, and pediatrics, supporting women through every stage of life. She believes every woman’s journey is unique and deserves individualized care—there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. At the core of her philosophy is the belief that movement is medicine, and when paired with thoughtful, personalized care, it becomes a powerful foundation for whole-body wellness.
